Small fire which made a reasonable amount of smoke in one section
Don't look back. Something might be gaining on you.

Ended up finding a small fire apparently, with lots of smoke. Salisbury CFS got a couple of runs to domestics shortly after, the old EMA in action.

But maybe should have been called to the 2nd alarm as well? Seeing as they are only about a K and a half from the hospital?

True maybe they should have gone but the MFS comm's people only respond what comes up on the screen in front of them!  :-D

It's a bit weird how it works we did not get responded once to a house fire only a few streets away from our station once, but 1/2 an hour later we cruised past two MFS stations responding to an MVA.

One day it might make sense!

With this job you have to remember that it was upgraded from an alarm call, CFS don't go to SAMFS alarms unless they are busy, so being as they weren't our trucks don't go. If it was called in as a building fire then CFS would have gone for sure.

But hey, we are all as bad as each other.

Yeah was going to mention by the looks of that upgrade it was upgraded as an "alarm".. Not a structure fire.. - which changes the response plans / resources allocated..

-But yeah, not hard to make the mistake.
