Yunta have 2 trucks, but not sure if you realise, but its a LONG way between stations out there !!!!!

for you guys /girls for info roxby is in the states north eg when you get to pt augusta keep heading north and yunta is about 50 to 70 km from broken hill the nearest hazmat is burra, jamestown and broken hill  :-D

looks fine as a response to me... heaps of brigades go to vehicle fires by themselves every day... besides didnt CFS agree that adelaide fire would respond the first resource, then it was up to locals to request more?

I've been to Yunta before nice typical country town. They create their own electricity using a couple of giant diesel engines + generators and it has a weigh station and whole heap of electronic gismos for tracking over traveled trucks en-route to broken hill mostly. On the way up there I sat behind an explosives truck probably heading to one of the mines.  :|

Heard a story the other day about a hazmat job up north that was delayed for days because the truck contained acid that would eat through typical gear, and they needed to wait for specialist equipment from sydney to be flown in...

Easy solution...Dump Dirt all over the Truck....and build a new road around the new dirt mound ;)

Depending on which mining companies are up there the dirt in itself may be a hazmat job, what with the uranium scattered a metre underground?
