Seen in a shop window in Brunswick/Croydon area, Melbourne.
Near the universities... photo age not known.

I'm sure a few people would have rung it - they could have done ok setting up their own premium service and collecting the money themselves :)

Brunswick is an inner northern suburb of Melbourne, not really a "town"...

 

anything
