I found this forum really helpful in 2018 so thought I’d start 2022 recruitment thread to discuss anything related to the selection process. Good luck every one.

I can’t say I loved doing the cognitive test at home on laptop for the first time, but it is what it is and that’s the way it’s going to be moving forward

Hi Surf, I followed this forum for the 2018 recruitment also and enjoyed it.
I was placed in the Keep Fit Pool after the cog ability test that time around but didn’t progress further than that.
Fingers crossed for this time!
Definitely a different process this recruitment.
I did my online testing on the 30th May - yet to hear anything else from samfs.
Have you heard anything yet?

I was in the same boat, placed in keep fit pool but didn’t progress any further.

It was good on this forum comparing the different emails people were getting and having an insight as to how things were progressing

Good to see there's still some life in this forum, it's been a huge help for me over past recruitment periods and was worried it was dead with all the inactivity.

I too was put in the keep fit pool last time and didnt get any further. Timing wasn't right for me this time around as I had just started another job and had some other life stuff come up, so this is the first recruitment drive I've not been involved in over the last 10 years but still very intrigued to see how the recruitment process goes this time after having so long between applications.

G’day everyone.
It’s my understanding there has been unsuccessful emails go out. Anyone heard of a successful email?

I still haven’t heard anything yet. I guess no news is good news at this stage…
The last recruitment drive, there were long waits about hearing on progress of applications.
Where did you hear about unsuccessfully emails? Would be interesting to know how many applicants they had this time round…

Just received an update pretty much been placed in the same holding group as the last recruitment period:

“The results of your Personality and Behavioural Assessment have placed you into a pool of applicants for possible future consideration and invitation to further stages of the recruitment process.”

It’s not a rejection letter but my hopes aren’t high for hearing anything about future invitations within this recruiting period.

I had the same update as last poster, but have just been sent an email progressing to next stage. Anyone else has this?
