SPAM

what can you say some usefullness and some not, SPAM is split into two sections those involved get a debrief and those that may have been at the incident but not directly involved get a defuse, all participants are supposed to get a follow up call however, we recently involved SPAM in a job we had at which we had a defuse and a debrief, those of us that participated in the defuse recieved a phone call to see how we where going (although not directly affected) however those who were directly affected have as yet recieved nothing from SPAM. If spam is to work then the follow up is necessary part of the process... :?
