Title: 65th anniversary of Salisbury CFS
Post by: bajdas on May 29, 2008, 11:49:39 AM
I noticed on page 23 (I think) of today's (29/05/2008) Advertiser that Salisbury CFS are having a 65th anniversary open day & demonstrations.

Unfortunately the website http://www.aussiepcs.com/salisburycfs/News.htm only gives news of the 60th anniversary, so I suspect this is out of date. But hard to tell when no year is placed on the dates on the website.

Does anyone have further information ?

will kick of at 10.00, different demos such as RCR, hose drills, CABA etc, and for the hard core fans I think there is also a rake hoe demo (should make Euan happy  :-D.

The open day will be to celabrate the 65th birthday of the brigade as well as try and drum up some more membership numbers.

hope to see lots of people there!!
