Found an interesting press release that the local Emergency Planning groups are being re-formed. The first one is the "Barossa Zone Emergency Management Committee".

Bob and Alan have been facilitating emergency management within SA for many years.
It will be interesting to see minutes & outcomes from the local planning process.
