At the riverland strike team we had group combined a crew and only ran with 4 in a 14 unit.  It was a perfect amount of people, enough to get all tasks done and leave room for bags and mvement etc.  You dont need 6 people when 4 is sufficient.

*THIS IS BASED ON NO TRUTH AND IS ALL MY THOUGHTS AND HYPOTHESIS, thankyou.

MAYBE the CFS crew was at fault and there is now an investigation and the CFS dont want the media to know or find anything out so they just keep everything out of the media just to avoid speculation or stories from our wonderful media.

filtered this uniform and give us nomex shirts we can wear on hot days at things like MVA's.  Doing traffic duty on a 40 degree today is scheiße when you have to wear full PPE or even being pump operator on a small scale fire and mop up etc.  Who gives a rats if we look like MFS its practicability.

Yeah true but the blue Fire and Rescue t shirts look just as good, if not better.  Maybe that should be made a public uniform with yakka pants or dark blue pants.  Its what I wear to CFS stuff and is cool not overly hot, looks smart too.

WHy doesnt Barker have hahndorfs Type2 and give Hahndorf the 24P, or are they gonna now make the 24P rescue appliance and have their current type 2 (not the one theyre borrowing) as strictly a pumper not rescue?

Yes but it shouldnt be 2 years instead how bout a recommendation from captain instead.  Some people might go having done 2 yars but done filtered all for 2 years compared to someone who has done a fair bit in 12-18 months.

doing nothing and being having unorganised people back at bases.  Drove around doing nothing for ages on one recent strike team then eventually did somethihg that had been suggested int he morning and been knoced back.

Short ntoice doesnt affect me that much personally howvever for this stirke team I had about 10mins to get my stuff and get to the station in 15 mins, was a rush but alright really.

then abolish the 2 year experience rule so students can go, theyre at home or only casual so can go to thse call outs.  The 2 year rule limits it majorly.

hey... as i haven't been in the CFS that long i haven't been able to pick up why the CFS and the SES don't get along??

can someone please enlighten me :? :? :?

A word of advice, just disreagard all information on this web site regarding SES, CFS, SAAS and SAPOL. And go out there and form your own opinions, dont listen to any of the crap most people spout.

What about MFS< is what we say about them all true??
