Problems
==============
- No Allocated talkgroup to the incident. Quite important at group boundaries.
- No automated allocation of resources, manually driven.
- Slower message creation when multiple incidents or quick escalation of incidents occur.

Reminds me of the old SHQ pages

Its a simple back up to get someone on the road, they might use it once a year if that.

It could be an issue if a standard format isn't followed, as I believe nearly all metro MFS stations are now using the TIM system for station turnout.

TIM won't like randomly formatted messages, it will probably still work but may not give a correct voice over or map print out. I guess they would have found out the other night though if it didn't work.

As long as CFSRES triggers the bells to drop and the lights come on it doesn't matter too much. Officers are paid to where there pagers and should be capable of responding via that.

CFS should be capable of responding to a page with CFSRES an incident type and a location... we didnt have TGs on response messaging before about two years ago. I'm sure they'd manage.

Feb is the rumor.
