Rescue 52
-
this image is not correct rescue 51 and 52 are the call signs given to the chopper each day i have worked with rescue 51 and have had the smaller chopper arrive and then only a day latter had 51 come into the hospital and heard them talking on the scanner as 51 i see it go over and its the bell 412 the only set call sign in sapol and 53
-
Never seen that happen that one is always 52.....
-
Quite rare seeing a Heliair Koala or other helicopter perform rescue operations for SAAS, but seen it happen.
-
not quite sure what you are on about zippy?????
it gets confusing with the changing of call signs but it is something i have noticed through saas
-
as far as SAAS is concerned, the specific vehicle is inconsequential when it comes to callsigns.
as long as the resource matches the job........and is appropriate -does it really matter what the vehicle call-sign is?
