So a February 2016 drill squad is a definite go ahead?

Definitely a 3rd Squad in 2016. Rumour is February but no specified date yet.

Will they need to call on more for PAT 2 testing if number failed or did they take enough through to counter this?

They've put a few excess through the PAT2 to allow for some not passing.

Firstly well done to all those who got picked for the 1st Drill Squad. Great effort. Nearly done guys, hope you've gotten through it okay.

I made it down to the 70odd to be interviewed, and then received a "keep fit" letter after interviewing. Not sure where this leaves me now. I had high hopes to receive some sort of communication for the 2nd Drill Squad in Sept, but bolts' post below seems to throw that theory out too.

People in the second squad got a phone call on Friday advising them of their start date, which I think is Sep 14th

Those who received this phone call - were you on the "keep fit" list after interviews? Or were there other types of letters after interview? ie. standby for the possibility of a 2nd Drill Squad?

Fingers crossed for a Jan 2016 Squad.
