ANY BRIGADE WITH $50,000....buy the damm thing!!

Don't be too hasty young Zipp......you might have to ask your Dad for an increase in pocket money to cover the Buyers premium that is on top of the eventual winning bid. Shame really could see you boys lurking around the district, looking for a cat or a bird up a tree that just needs to rescued by some hero firemen....bet that would even make the front page of the Courier, yep can see the front page now! "Firemen use their large SNORKEL  to pick up some birds and get some pussy"

What is the leg room like for rear seat passengers ?

I have heard it is an issue in the Nissan's (but this would be an older model than being discussed here).

Brilliant leg room, you can stretch out on the tray , no problem

i found the NT story interesting also. The guy that was talking abotu the upcoming bushfire season was playing the same broken violin....Its going to be the worst bushfire season in history its tinder dry. No matter how smart you are its still near impossible to predict fires!!

Predicting fires is easy, if you light them!

posture posture posture, so as an organisation that works in a dynamic environments and constantly(as per SOPs) evaluating our safety(sic) and situation, does this discussion paper have merit! Teritorial and grandiose plans aside! :-)

Jeeeez, it got political real quick, arent we just looking at the pro's and con's of a group boundary rationalisation proposal?, not bringing the government to its knees!

the old dakka dakka pump on the plastic 24s was pretty easy to operate too.....but that a good pumper doth not make

Tas Fire Service / TFS Engineering / "3.1.P"  : $150,000-ish    Very good consistant quality

Which one looks the most practical and...like a fire truck...the award goes to TAS FIRE SERVICE!!

Apparentley these builds were specified lap seat belts only, not lap sash seat belts............something to do with the sash, aggravating scar tissue!

Then perhaps your looking at "Selection not Election"

Country Fire Service / Re: Region 1 group boundary rationalisation proposal
« on: September 22, 2009, 10:48:52 PM »
Well this is starting to maek a fair bit of rational sense. it might even allow us to have a normal alarm system rather than a 4th alarm calling in group strike teams.

These are proposed administrative boundaries nothing else, Cascading responses and strike teams would still function as (ab)normal.....I believe

Anyway, if they were to update SFECs and supply equipment/training to fulfill them, there'd more than likely be a lot more than 20 urban pumpers coming.

Sorry Alex, Although I am not a moderator I have to pull you up on this one, If you are going to post please put it in the appropriate thread!!!!!!

Your last post belongs in the "Shiit that should happen.......but never will"  thread,... Thanks in advance for your cooperation on this matter! :-D
