We do it as a community service . Would rather go to a quick tree job instead of a car crash.  Just a job we always do any time any day.

We had a strange call to the local high school. Received call from private security company they have been trying to get hold of there guards to go and have a look as they had fire alarms going for the past 10 mins. He was busy in another location so they called us. Luckily it was only a couple of faulty alarms but could have been a problem.

We more often than not get responded over 20 min later and get told numerous people trapped. We get there and ambos have gone with people in the back then police arrive. No one trapped no one on scene just cars police and us.

probably not the right link but what size generator would you need to run the station radio, some lights and roller door in a black out? We get a few and it takes a while to get the boor up and hard to write in books with torch only. Have battery radio backup only

Can anyone tell me how many hoses you can get on the new 34 model trucks comming out this year? The photos show that there is not much locker space. Can you put stuff in other places? Also whats with the new tools eg: shovels etc?

It sounds a sill rule we would always be short if our family thats in the brigade did not all attend as that makes 4 people on the truck

Reported as a shed fire but found shed, house, pickers quarters, car in carport filled up with fuel over seats and 1 inch deep on the floor, all on fire. A pay back on the owner. That was about 8 years ago
