Or better still arrange a meeting with your Regional Commander as some of the commanders are also trained Volunteer Support Officers

The Regional Commander / Regional Officer may have training in supporting volunteers, but the "Volunteer Support Officer" or VSO, is a specific position in SAFECOM...

That person who did our training for our group is no longer in the service,I have no problems with our currant VSO mind you I have never had to sit in her office and talk to her.
