Title: group training/field days

I see the region 3 field day is in August any other groups having a day this year?? I am would like to attend some this year and take some photos for the promo unit.So let me know and if I am free I will see what i can do.

there were plans for a group field day a little while ago involving RCR, gas props and car fires... but nothing happened, might have a chat to the GTO and find out if anything official is planned... last field day i went too was good fun.

Looking back at older issues of the Volunteer magazine (80`s) I see of some groups who used to invite MFS regional stations to their field days. Does that still happen anywhere?? It doesnt happen here (MT Gambier)
