It was a hosting 'issue'. If anyone wants to recommend a free (or close to it) place to host it that doesn't also require a page full ads to be displayed I would be happy to hear about it.
In fact if anyone wants to re-design the whole thing and make it look a bit fresher please contact me, I am happy to update the content but don't have a lot of time to re-design the whole thing.
