spent last night chasing lightning strikes around....3 fires in total 80ha burnt....more to come later today according to the weather beaurau.

From what i heard this morning during the fire ban sched at 0800 that theres the potential for lightning around Region 5 later today

How many jobs did the Doo have last year?

Without getting too keen and running down to the station,I'd guess they had about 15.5 jobs last year

and responded with an average of 3.5 crew each time

Temp here in Naracoorte is 33 and north wind has just started blowing take care guys and girls and drink heaps....

don't forget we are in a drought still so save water drink beer and bundy
