Has any of the SAAS people (Volies or Paid) on here had any problems getting retrival from a metro fringe distance?? last one i got was worse than talking to the Indian fella from telstra! lots of hoops to jump though for a sick person!

now that Medstar have been brought to heel under the SAAS banner  I'm sure we will see their willingness to help and level of communication improve  :lol:
