Yes it is CFS area, its dual response between Elizabeth MFS and Dalkeith CFS. It is a regular occurance for those guys not to be responded to their own area by MFS comms.

looks to me like the call came from the SO... so perhaps they came across hte incident, and the page is just to create a job number?
