Yeah, I've noticed that! Whats with the Remand Centre? Its at least a daily visit...its ridiculous, what causes that?

And I'll bet 9 Cheeseburgers were for about 2 guys :P

The remand centre use a VESDA system. Come night time the sensitivity is turned up on the system, and the inmates have taken a liking to blowing cigarette smoke into the units.
