A few pics of the demo on 31.03.06; sorry but it was a wee bit difficult to get diff pics from diff angles without losing my spot. paid to have friends in low places as it got tme on the other side of the tape, but they didnt want me wandering around too much as i was in civies.

last two - i can post more, but they are fairly repetitive as both drills were similar... im aimingto get to the RCR comps next weekend though for both days, so perhaps ill throw a set up from that...

LOL... my apologies, they are not in order, sorry was just the way they were listed after being given automatic names by sony imagestation.com , which by the way is great for hosting online photo albums at no cost.

Hahaha! that is just sensational mate! love your work....

Just curious as to the roles the different agencies are playing? Were they all participating in the rescue, or taking it in turns? I can See SAMFS and CFS using the tools... did the SES get to have a play too?

The SES unit that participated were not a road crash unit, although the members that did were road crash trained... CFS were on the tools for the first drill with SAMFS doing medic and stabilisation responsibilities and SES managing glass and debris as well asother assistance. second drill SAMFS and CFS swapped.

huh? im not matt....

Yes it was a bit of an interesting ride down the freeway. I walked away pretty much without a scratch though, thanks to the Burnside and Stirling boys for their help.

For some reason the guy in the car next to me thought he'd prefer my lane to his own. He hit me pretty hard at 100kmh which pushed me into the wall, I then flipped over and slid down on the roof for about 150 metres. My vehicle is written off - he got away with a bit of a dent.
