Has anyone heard that group's have to hand back 10% of their group budget from last year back to CFS???? Not sure why we have to but I would say spend it before you have to give it back,I have made a few enquire's and some groups have been asked to give about 10% back to CFS  but the group has spent the money so they can't give it back....

mmm i dunno blinky... but  i do know that a lot of things group has "approved" for purchase, have failed to be purchased... and the group officers have "no recollection" of ever approving them    :?
