Next issue of the Volunteer magazine is due out in December.

You can also view it online at the CFS website www.cfs.org.au and look under about us sub heading publications.

You can also get put on the mailing list by going to News and Media then click on subscriptions and fill out the application form online

That should point you in the right direction :-D

I think it may be a little late due to the media unit being very busy and now that raggles has gone over to the VFBA,that is unless MATT B is helping the girl's out?????

I heard somewhere that there not sending out the mag to everyone anymore, that you have to subscribe if you want it. Anyone else heard the same?

To my knowledge, they have never sent the magazine out to everyone.

They used to send out a box to each brigade, to hand out to members, but gave up on that idea, as boxes of magazines would just stack up at various brigades, and never get to the members.

So the Mags were posted to members, but now you need to sign up for a copy (which has been the case for several years now)

Contact CFS public affairs, or get onto the CFS website and subscribe.  Free of charge.

I've subscribed three times for the Volunteer Magazine. I'd get it for a while and then I'd drop off the list. Maybe it will be fourth time lucky  :-)

I dont wanna cause a stir here or offend the media crew as they do an excellent job but....

Is it time we outsourced the magazine or some arrangement where 1 or 2 staff do just the magazine and nothing else?

Just throwing it out there.  What do people think?
